Why book direct?

  • All monies you pay stay in New Zealand which helps us recover from the impact of COVID 19 and it keeps the costs down allowing local investment and employment to continue.

  • We are able to tailor any requests you have and ensure you are in the right room with any friends you are traveling with.

  • We can apply upgrades or any specials to your booking at the time of booking.

  • Any change of plans or refunds can be dealt with directly if applicable. Any Charges from credit card processing will be deducted from all refunds.  

Freedom Hub Day Guest 

We have a day guest option for Freedom Campers and travelers who do not have access to facilities normally. For a small charge, you can access the facilities including:

  • Unlimited Wifi

  • Laundry, Kitchen and bathroom facilities all available

  • Full lounge access includes movies and television

  • Maps and local knowledge of activities and hikes

The Freedom Hub day guest system is available from 1130 and closes at 1700 to allow cleaning and the overnight guests the space to use the facilities. At times the Day Guest option may not be available due to numbers and fire regulations that we must comply with. If you decide to book in for the evening the Day guest fee will be deducted from your total bill.

Christmas and New Year 23/24

​Christmas and New Year is a fantastic time in Wanaka and we like all of our guests to celebrate and feel at home during the festive period.

With this at the forefront, we have a minimum 3-night stay requirement on the 24th of December and 4 nights on the 30th of December. 

We operate a strict 14-day Cancellation policy between 10/12/23 and 10/1/24.

Any groups of 3 or more must have approval before your booking is confirmed or be subject to immediate cancellation if you do not communicate with us. We cannot always guarantee your group will be in the same room as prebookings can prevent this. 

Any Guests under the age of 21 must have pre-approval from the management to stay.

A standard $450 charge for wet or damaged mattresses is strictly applied if you are unable to make it to the facilities we provide in time.

All bookings will receive a personal email and phone call to confirm your booking is within any restrictions.
